It's that time again...OLRCB State Youth Royalty Contests!
Applications will go out in the mail to the Oregon Youth or you can download Here. As last year, there will be a provision for kids who have a conflict and cannot attend the competition in Newport, to still apply for scholarship money. This will only apply to kids who plan to attend Convention in Kentucky and would like to compete on an Oregon team. We will still offer scholarships to kids who wish to only compete in the Oregon State convention/show. I think we are the only State that offers scholarships to compete in Royalty on the State level only. The Forestler Fund Board is very proud of that. We want kids to be able to enjoy a Royalty competition even if they cannot go on to a National Convention. This year we are going to offer the opportunity to sponsor a t-shirt for the kids going to Kentucky to compete for Oregon...More on that later.
