OLRCB Show Report Forms
Secretaries for OLRCB Sanctioned shows may access the Show Report Cover Sheet and Breed Report Form and submit the data via e-mail. Please Note: Your reports WILL NOT be logged in by the sweeps chair until payment of $.10 per rabbit/cavy entered in each show sanctioned AND a photocopy of the exhibitor reports for the show has been received.

Both the Show Report Cover Sheet and Breed Report Form can be submitted via e-mail by clicking the 'Submit' button at the bottom of the form, however, we suggest you print your show report forms prior to exiting the form for reference. Since you will still need to MAIL-IN the sweeps fee of .10/rabbit and the photocopy of ALL OLRCB MEMBER REPORTS to the Sweeps Chair, you may wish to simply PRINT and mail the form rather than submitting via e-mail. The choice is yours. If you have any questions regarding the form itself, please e-mail Caroline Sullivan. Questions relating to the online process should be directed to Charlcie Fowler.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING FORM DATA VIA E-MAIL:
- After filling in ALL form fields, click the 'Submit' button located on the bottom of the form.
- A dialog box will open (Select E-mail Client) asking you to select the e-mail application you normally use; i.e., Desk Top (MS Outlook, MS Outlook Express, Eudora, or Mail) or Internet (Yahoo, Hotmail, GMail, etc.).
- Select the E-mail Application you normally use.
- If you select 'Desk Top' you will need to check your Outbox in your desk top program. While the application will configure an e-mail and attach the report, you may have to click the 'Send' button manually to submit your report.
- If you select 'Internet' the form data will be saved as an FDF (Form Data File) in the file folder directed by you. Note the folder in which the FDF file is saved. You will then log in to your internet e-mail account and manually attach the FDF file to your e-mail. Send the e-mail to: charlcie@xanadoo.com NOTE: Do NOT attempt to open the FDF file. Simply attach and e-mail the FDF to the webmaster.
- Print a copy of your show report for your records BEFORE exiting the form.
