We all have friends, neighbors, 4-H members, parents of youth exhibitors, nonmember breeders, judges and so on who are interested in rabbits and cavies.
We are proud and excited to be members of the Oregon League of Rabbit and Cavy Breeders and are happy to share our rabbit and cavy times with our friends. We are sure that you have friends that you would like to encourage to join you in our rabbit and cavy world. So here is a wonderful opportunity for you.
Membership Contest
Beginning January 1, 2003, the OLRCB began sponsoring a membership contest.
Each member who refers a new member to the OLRCB will receive a free entry in the current year's State Convention shows.
At the end of the year, a special recognition will be given to the member who has referred the most new members for the year.
Here is How it will Work:
- The new member will fill out the application for membership in OLRCB.
- On the bottom of the application will be a line to fill out the referring member's name.
- The application will be sent to the OLRCB secretary who will then forward the sponsoring member a voucher good for one (1) free entry in the upcoming State Convention show.
- Each member who sponsors a new member will also be acknowledged in the OLRCB newsletter.
- A special recognition will be given at the State Convention to the OLCRB member who sponsors the most new members to the OLCRB.
- The year will run from January 1 through December 31 every year.
It is important for the referrring member to remember, that you will only get credit for the free State show entry if you submit the voucher at the same time you send in your show entry. The vouchers will not be good for any other time except the State show for the current year.
